2. Granting Consent

Hereby, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data", I (hereinafter — Subject), by submitting information through the contact form on the website stablecode.org, freely, by my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to the Operator for the processing of my personal data under the following conditions.

Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data:

  • Content of the message (inquiry);
  • Other data voluntarily provided by the Subject when filling out the contact form.

4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

6. Validity Period of Consent

In the event of consent withdrawal, the Operator shall cease processing personal data and destroy them within a period not exceeding 30 (thirty) business days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal, except in cases where further processing is required by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

7. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

The Operator does not transfer the Subject's personal data to third parties without their consent, except in cases provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

8. Protection of Personal Data

The Operator takes the necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution of personal data, as well as from other unlawful actions in relation to personal data in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data".

9. Rights of the Subject

The personal data subject has the right to:

  • Obtain information about the processing of their personal data by the Operator;
  • Request clarification of their personal data, their blocking or destruction if the personal data are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or are not necessary for the stated purpose of processing;
  • Withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data;
  • Appeal the actions or inaction of the Operator to the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects (Roskomnadzor) or in court.

10. Final Provisions

By submitting the contact form on the website stablecode.org, the Subject confirms that they have read this document, agree to its terms, and give their consent to the processing of personal data in the specified scope and purposes.

This consent is indefinite and may be withdrawn in the manner provided in Section 6 of this document.
